IASIS is run by an elected Executive Board consisting of a Chairperson plus four Board Members and a Consultant to the Board:

Student Flight Centre
Members of the IASIS Board are annually elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which takes place during the World Youth & Student Travel Conference each September/October. They bring fresh ideas, innovation, and enthusiasm to the association.
The IASIS Insurance Consultant, Mr James Clarke, executes the day-to-day management of the IASIS Association and implements the decisions of the Board and the AGM.
The Director General of WYSE Travel Confederation, Mr. David Chapman, attends IASIS board meetings on behalf of WYSE Travel Confederation.
The system of governance, rules and principles of the association are established by the IASIS constitution.
